Refund Policy

Void offers multiple plans: the Lifetime Plan (ISU students) and Annual Plans (Student ₹499/year and Pro ₹999/year). Eligibility for refunds depends on the plan you have selected.

The Lifetime Plan is a digital product, and once the license key has been generated and activated, it is generally non-refundable. Refunds for the Lifetime Plan may only be granted within 7 days of purchase if you are unable to use the software due to technical incompatibilities that our support team cannot resolve. To request a refund, please contact cryptomb2006@gmail.com with your transaction details.

Refunds for annual plans may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the software does not function as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue. After 7 days, annual plan payments are non-refundable. Cancellation of an annual plan stops future renewal but does not refund the current billing period. To request a refund, please contact cryptomb2006@gmail.com with your transaction details.

Since there are no recurring subscriptions for the Lifetime plan, there is no need for cancellation. For Annual Plans, cancellation prevents the next auto-renewal but keeps your current access active until the end of the billing period.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
