1
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Void, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the application.
2
License Grant
Void grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license corresponding to your selected plan — lifetime or annual, as applicable. The license allows use of the application on a single MacBook device per account, subject to payment of the applicable fees.
3
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to reverse engineer or attempt to circumvent any security features of the application.
4
Third-Party Infrastructure
Void operates as a client interface that connects to the user's own personal Telegram account for storage. Void does not own, operate, or control any storage infrastructure. All file data is stored within the user's own Telegram account, which is subject to Telegram's independent Terms of Service. Void is not responsible for any account restrictions, suspensions, or bans imposed by Telegram or any other third-party platform. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their usage of Telegram complies with Telegram's own Terms of Service.
5
Data Loss Disclaimer
Void is a personal backup and storage interface. We do not guarantee the availability, durability, or permanence of any data stored through the application. Data availability depends on continued access to the user's Telegram account, which is outside Void's control. Users are strongly advised to maintain independent backups of all critical or irreplaceable data. Void is not liable for any data loss resulting from third-party platform actions, account bans, hardware failure, loss of encryption keys, or any other cause.
6
Service Availability
Void's storage functionality depends on Telegram's continued availability and API access. While we have no reason to believe this will change, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. In the event that Telegram restricts or discontinues third-party access, Void's storage features may be affected. Void will not be liable for service interruptions resulting from third-party platform changes. In such an event, users will be notified and refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
7
Acceptable Use
Users may only store files they legally own or have explicit rights to. Users may not use Void to store, transmit, or distribute illegal content, copyright-infringing material, or any content that violates applicable laws. Void reserves the right to terminate accounts found in violation of this policy. As an intermediary platform acting in good faith under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), Void is not liable for user-generated content stored through the application.
8
Limitation of Liability
Void is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from improper use of the encryption keys or hardware failure.
9
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Void shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
10
Termination
Void reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms of Service. Annual plan subscribers whose accounts are terminated for violations are not entitled to a refund for the remaining subscription period. Lifetime plan subscribers whose accounts are terminated for violations are not entitled to a refund.
